Why have we called our restaurant “Sabatini”?

Sabatini was an Italian chef from southern Italy who cooked and lived in the same small town for the whole of his life. He was a strong family man with true values with a passion for cooking great Italian food using the best local produce he could find. Sabatini was immensely proud of his family restaurant which was dedicated to serving the very best Italian food in the area with fantastic service. We aspire to follow in the Sabatini family tradition by delivering you superb traditional Italian dishes cooked & served with the same passion & dedication.
